Information we use

If you contact us, we use your email address and message to respond. Our hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser details and security logs, to operate and protect the website.

Existing private-test accounts may contain email addresses, display names, password hashes and access records. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Necessary session cookies may be used for private-test login; public pages do not require an account.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare for hosting and account storage, and Zoho Mail for contact emails. Resend is integrated for account emails, and beehiiv has been used for private newsletter tests. Providers may process data outside your country. Test emails may include open or click measurement.

Retention and your choices

We retain information as needed to handle enquiries, maintain private testing and meet security or legal requirements. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion, object to processing, or contact your data protection authority. We may need to verify your identity before handling account requests.
